Shieldway Capital LLC is not a bank. Products described on this site are offered by funding partners under their own agreements and underwriting.

Submitting a request is not an application for a specific product and does not guarantee an offer, an amount, a rate or a factor rate. Any figures on this site are illustrative. The terms that apply to you are only those written in an agreement you sign with a funding partner. Read every agreement before you sign it.

You confirm that the information and documents you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to provide them for your business. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle them.

When you submit a request you agree to the following authorization: By signing below, you authorize Shieldway Capital and its affiliates, agents, and assigns (“Recipients”) to obtain personal and business credit, financial, and investigative information about you, including bank and credit card processing statements, from credit bureaus, financial institutions, and third parties. You also authorize the sharing of this application and related information with Recipients for evaluating business funding opportunities. You consent to any financial institution or creditor releasing relevant information to Shieldway Capital or its Recipients.

You agree that we and our funding partners may contact you about your request by phone, text or email, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or funding. All funding decisions are based on underwriting review of the applicant's business performance, documentation, and other factors. Stated approval times and funding amounts are typical ranges, not commitments.

Shieldway Capital LLC may act as a broker and present offers from third-party funding providers. Terms are set by the funding provider extending the offer and will be disclosed to you in the funding agreement before you sign.
